Did you know that early years of a child (0-5), lays the foundation for the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for the rest of a person’s life? We are so excited to get the opportunity to serve your young children ensuring they get the very good foundation for life.
Why Daycare within the market centers? The journey started in December 2021 in Gikomba market where we experienced first-hand the challenges that female traders with young children face every day as they try to balance childcare and managing their growing businesses. While these markets enable the women to earn a living, the market did not have the quality facilities for their young children to thrive. The women could spend upto 5 hours a day taking care of their children a time that could have been invested in their businesses increasing their income.
Our goal is to relive the childcare burden from the female traders by providing quality and affordable childcare services enabling them to commit more time to their businesses. Our state of the art day care center is designed to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children between 6 months-4 years. Here is what you can expect from our daycare center:
- Qualified and trained caregivers– Our caregivers are trained in early childhood education and development, ensuring that your child receives the highest standard of care. In addition, they are well vast with First Aid and nurturing care trainings to ensure that your child is well moulded.
- Enriching and creative activities creative arts and crafts to outdoor play and educational games, we offer a range of age-appropriate activities to keep children entertained and stimulated throughout the day.
- Quality amenities. Our day acre is fully equipped with quality amenities including play materials including toys, puzzles, blocks, books, comfortable sleeping cots, pediatric toilets and potties to help your child play, grow and learn at the same time.
- Safe and secure environment- Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our facility is equipped with modern security features including CCTV cameras, health and safety compliant and adheres to strict safety protocols to provide parents with peace of mind. We also only allow authorized persons to drop/pick the child.
- Open communication-We believe in transparent communication with parents. We have adopted technology that enables us to constantly communicate the progress of your child via your phone. Our staff is always available to discuss your child’s progress, answer any questions you may have, and address any concerns.
- Flexible payment- We have adopted a subscription model i.e( monthly, bi-weekly, weekly and daily-walk-ins) which ensures continuity of quality service provision to the children. Prices start from Ksh 2400 per month and free week trial period upon registration.
